Equipment Hauling Around Duke Farms and Old Camplain Road

Dave's rollback hauling a mini excavator

The township's farms, nurseries, construction sites and contractor yards generate constant hauling, from tractors and implements moving to dealers to excavators and loaders going out for new development. Duke Farms and the township's growth areas also use lifts and maintenance equipment.

Hillsborough's calendar is driven by farming and building: spring planting, summer construction and fall harvest all keep equipment on the road, and winter brings snow equipment. Our yard is local, so we handle many same day hauls year round.

Routes and Job Sites Near Hillsborough

Hauls from Hillsborough leave by US 206, County Route 514 and the roads to I-287 and I-78, which puts most of Central NJ within a short run. Farm and nursery entrances can be soft or narrow, and we plan around them.

Farm lanes and building lots can be soft, and we bring the trailer and winch to suit. Our own yard has room for loading and storage, so you can drop equipment off for later hauling. Oversize loads on US 206 are permitted and scheduled.

Scheduling an Equipment Haul in Hillsborough

Call 800-624-6079 with the machine, the weight and the two addresses. Because the trailers are based in Hillsborough, we can often schedule same day or next day, and you can drop equipment at our yard for secure storage.

How do I get a quote for an equipment haul?

Do you handle oversize and overweight loads?

We haul oversize loads and our office handles the permitting so the move is legal and uninterrupted. Tell us the dimensions and weight early, since permits and any escorts take planning.

Can you pick up a machine in Hillsborough the same day?

Same day pickups are often possible when a trailer and driver are free. Our yard is at 87 Old Camplain Road in Hillsborough and we run hauls all around Central NJ, so call early with the location in Hillsborough and the size of the machine and we will tell you what is possible.

Where should the driver meet me near Duke Farms?

Tell dispatch the street address of the job site or the closest cross street to Duke Farms, plus anything about access such as a gate, a soft lot or low wires. We will plan the trailer and the approach around that.

What Our Customers Say

“Our loaded semi slid off the shoulder into a ditch, and Dave's Heavy Towing had a truck on scene within the hour. The crew worked carefully, kept the trailer and cargo intact, and had us upright and back on the road. They're true professionals at heavy recovery, and they're the only call we'll make from now on.”

“I broke down around 2 AM on 287. The phone person told me it would be 45 minutes, and the driver got there in less than 30 mins. He was friendly and had my truck on his bed in no time. I couldn't have asked for better service.”

Jennifer Google Review

“We needed an excavator moved between job sites and the load is OD. Dave's Heavy Towing took care of the permits and they delivered it on our schedule. They made an oversized haul feel easy.”
