Zarephath is small but sits near Route 27 and the canal, so calls come from a mix of sources. Buses and delivery trucks that stall near the campus, landscape trucks that sink in soft ground and box trucks stuck on narrow lanes are typical. Because the community is compact, a stalled truck can quickly block a street.
Zarephath's roads near the canal can fog and flood, and winter ice settles on the shaded streets. Summer events and visitors add buses and delivery trucks, and fall leaves make the curves slick.
Give us the street and the nearest cross street, and tell us if you are near the campus or the canal. If you are blocking a lane, tell us. We will send a wrecker sized for the road and coordinate with local police as needed.
