Iselin is one of the busiest parts of Woodbridge Township, and its calls reflect that. Tractor-trailers and box trucks stall around US 1 and the Metropark area, buses and motor coaches break down near the station, and delivery trucks get stuck in the Oak Tree Road shopping district. Fast clearance is the priority because Iselin's roads back up quickly.
Iselin's holiday shopping and commuter seasons are relentless, and trucks on US 1 and the Oak Tree Road area face constant congestion. Summer heat causes overheated engines, winter rain and slush slow the Parkway approaches, and fall leaves clog the drains near low intersections.
Give dispatch your road and the nearest cross street, or the business name if you are in a lot. If your truck is near Metropark or Oak Tree Road, mention it. We will confirm the wrecker and an arrival estimate and coordinate with the police if the truck is blocking traffic.
In Iselin we work the roads that actually serve the area, including US 1, the Garden State Parkway and the NJ Turnpike. We also respond in nearby Colonia, Fords, Edison and Metuchen and across the rest of Central NJ.
