Scotch Plains is a Union County township with Route 22 on its northern edge, Park Avenue as the main local road and the Watchung Reservation to the north. Truck issues on Route 22 are time sensitive and risky, and the township's narrow residential streets add their own challenges. Our crews cover both.
If it is too big or too heavy for a standard tow truck, we tow it in Scotch Plains. Our heavy duty towing services in Scotch Plains include:
When a truck or trailer leaves the road, a tow is not enough. Our heavy recovery services in Scotch Plains include:
We also provide heavy duty recovery across Central NJ, mobile truck repair, mobile crane service, secure storage at our Hillsborough yard and equipment transport in Scotch Plains across Union County.
Scotch Plains has Route 22 on one side and a hilly residential township on the other. Route 22 brings tractor-trailer and box truck breakdowns in fast traffic, while the residential streets bring delivery trucks, school buses and landscape trucks that get stuck or slide on slopes. Winter ice makes the hills near the Watchung Reservation especially tricky.
Scotch Plains's hills and Route 22 combine to make winter storms difficult, with freezing rain on the slopes and slush on the highway. Summer thunderstorms flood low intersections, and fall leaves clog the shaded curves near the reservation.
If you are on Route 22, give your direction, nearest cross street and lane. On a residential street, give the street name and nearest cross street. If you are on a hill, tell us which way your truck faces.
In Scotch Plains we work the roads that actually serve the area, including Route 22 and Park Avenue. We also respond in nearby Fanwood, Mountainside, Plainfield and Westfield and across the rest of Central NJ.
